The missing woman Smt. Surta being the petitioner’s daughter is present in the Court with her child. She is presently lodged in Nari Niketan, Jodhpur.
She states that she voluntarily left the Village Nandiya Prabhawati and went away with Hanuman with whom she is living with her own will at Ahemdabad. We conferred with her upon which she expressed her desire of going with her parents.

In view of the fact that the corpus Smt. Surta has expressed her desire to go to her parents, she will be released from Nari Niketan, Jodhpur forthwith and shall be escorted to her father’s house. Thus, the instant habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
