Petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Learned State counsel has submitted that respondent nos.5 and 6 were questioned and it was found that the detenue was not

in their illegal custody as alleged by the petitioner. In this regard affidavit of Ramesh Chand, Investigating Officer has been placed on record. Learned State counsel further submitted that FIR (Annexure-2) was being duly investigated.
Keeping in view the submissions made by learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this court is made out.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
