Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking interim bail in F.I.R. No. 40/2016 registered at Police Station Bagru, Distt. Jaipur, for offences under Sections 304, 427, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the wife of the petitioner has to undergo hysterectomy and petitioner be granted interim bail for two weeks to enable him to get his wife operated.
The fact that the wife of the petitioner requires to undergo an operation has been got duly verified by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to satisfaction of the trial Court. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on 01.11.2019. at 10.00 a.m.
