This writ petition in the nature of habeas corpus has been filed alleging illegal detention, of Ms. Ranjana. In pursuance of the direction of this court, she has been recoverec! and produced before the court. The school certif~ate shows that her date of

birth to be 8.4.2004 thus she is-minor as per school record. Though birth certificate recently obtained shows her to be major but it has been procured in the month of December, 2018. It has been issued based on the affidavit thus cannot be relied because what is more authentic is school certificate. The corpus is not willing to go with her parents.

In view of the above, she may be sent to Children Home 7r = (Girls) Gandhi Nagac, Jaipur.
