This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI). It is to challenge the Notifications dated 17^th February, 2017 and 15^th May, 2017.

The challenge to these Notifications apart from the order/s passed by the designated Real Estate Regulatory Authority (for short “the Authority”) was made separately by individual parties. The writ petitions therein have been decided by this Court today itself.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid and as we find that the individual, having grievance against the order passed by

the Authority, has already approached this Court, thus instead of entertaining this writ petition on behalf of CREDAI, it is disposed of with liberty to individual member to seek remedies, as available to them under the law.
