Counsel for the petitioners has confined his submissions to the correctness of options in the final model answer key of RPSC in respect of question nos.11, 22, 45, 73, 84 & 101 at the RAS/RTS Preliminary Examination, 2018. He submits that the issue agitated in this petition is fully covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Jitendra Kumar Bagaria & Ors. Versus The State of Rajasthan & Anr. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 25338/2018) and other connected matters; decided on 10.12.2018. He further submits that date for holding of the RAS/RTS Main Examination has not yet been announced.
Mr. M.F. Baig, counsel for the RPSC does not controvert the aforesaid fact.
In this view of the matter, I am of the considered view that this petition should be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in the case of Jitendra Kumar Bagaria & Ors. Versus The State of Rajasthan & Anr. (supra).
It is accordingly disposed of. The petitioners would be entitled to same relief as given in the aforesaid judgment.
