Report has been filed in terms of Section 481 of the Company Act,1956 for seeking dissolution of the company as the company was wound up by this court vide order dated 23.3.1991 and the official liquidator conducted the winding up proceedings in terms of the order dated 29.3.1996. Proceedings were also undertaken in terms of the section 454 & 543 of the Act which have been finally decided.

It is reported that claimants/creditors were paid dividend by the OL amounting to Rs.19,70,000/- as full and final dividend @ 52.7646% as per order dated 15.2.2018. Remaining amount of Rs.97,229.97/- allowed to be transferred in the Common Pool Account of the company in liquidation which may be utilized for

the payment of professional fees to the CA and other liquidation expenses if any relating to the company in liquidation. OL has also submitted the audit of half yearly and statement of accounts which is accepted in terms of the Section 481 of the Act.

This court is satisfied that the company has completely been wound up and no further proceedings under the Act are required to be conducted by the OL. The company namely M/S Ashoka Oil Products Pvt. Ltd(in liquidation) is ordered to be dissolved in terms of Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956.
