The petitioners seek a direction for removal of encroachment as well as illegal filthiness, scrape of building material and cow dung made upon the land of Mandir Shri Nagnechaya Mataji situated at Gram Merasiya, Tehsil Pipar City, District Jodhpur. It is stated that the encroachments are on account of land grabbing by influential parties.

The Division Bench ruling of this Court in Gulab Kothari Vs. State of Rajasthan [D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.1554/2004 decided on 12.1.2017] had directed the State authorities to take systematic action against such encroachments.
Therefore, in line with the decision of the Division Bench in Gulab Kothari (supra), the present writ petition is also disposed of with similar directions.
