Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an individual representation to the Director, Secondary Education ventilating their grievance and claiming parity with Manoj Khandelwal & Others vs. State of Rajasthan & Others SBCWP No.7283/2014 decided on 16.07.2014. that the case of the petitioners is at par with principle enunciated in the case of Manoj Khandelwal (supra).

Mr.Ganesh Meena, AAG appearing for the respondents Department submitted that the only relief being sought by the petitioners being with regard to the filing of an individual representation on whatever ground to the competent authority, he can has no objection. He submitted that in the event the representation/s being so filed, the Director, Secondary Education rendered free to address them with reference to the facts of the case and to evaluate as to whether the case set up before is at par with that of Manoj Khandelwal (supra)

In view of the submissions made, this petition stands disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioners to file an individual representation to the Director, Secondary Education with reference to the law enunciated by this court in the case of Manoj Khandelwal (supra).

In the event of the representations being filed by the petitioners, it be addressed by the Director, Secondary Education by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks of their receipt.
