agitated in this petition is similar to one in SBCWP No.24957/2018 titled Santosh Poswal Versus State of
Rajasthan & Others and other connected matters, as also in
SBCWP No.20922/2018 titled Chhitar Mal Jat vs. State of

Rajasthan & Others , and other connected matters, decided on 10.01.2019. He prays that this petition be similarly disposed of in
terms of the order dated 10.01.2019 passed in the case of Chhitar Mal Jat (supra).
In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of accordingly in terms of the order dated 10.1.2019 passed in the case of Chhitar Mal Jat (supra).
The observation/ direction therein shall apply mutatis
mutandis to the case of the petitioners to the extent applicable.
