Indisputably, the order impugned herein is an appeal-able order under Section 18 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (for short, Act of 1993).

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution invoking extra ordinarily jurisdiction, until the petitioner having first

exhausted the statutory remedy of appeal as aforesaid, under the Act of 1993.

Accordingly, writ proceedings stand closed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal.

Needless to observe that in case an appeal is instituted by the petitioner; the Appellate Authority would deal with the same as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
