Matter comes up on the above-noted miscellaneous application instituted by the petitioner-applicant with a prayer for correction of the details of the petitioner-applicant in the cause title of the order made by this Court on 3rd January, 2019.
For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application; the correction sought for in the cause title of the petitionerapplicant in the order dated 3rd January, 2019 merits acceptances.
Accordingly, miscellaneous application is hereby allowed.
Amended cause title incorporating correction(s), prayed for; annexed with the application shall be taken on record and arranged at the appropriate place in the record of the case file.
