After arguing the matter at length; all that has prayed by the counsel for the petitioner, is, for an early disposal/decision of the pending proceedings instituted against the petitioner vide Appeal No. 18/2009 (54/2009): Mitthul Lal Vs. Budhalal; pending before the Court of Additional District Judge No. 4, Ajmer.
In view of the limited prayer addressed; the instant writ proceedings stand closed with a direction to the Court below to decide the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible; preferably, within six months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented.
With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
