Referring to order dated 10^th April, 2018, made in the case of M. I. S. College Vs. State of Raj. & Anr.; representative of the petitioner submits that though the policy of the State Government was of 23^rd January, 2017, and the policy involved in the case at hand is that of 28^th December, 2017. However, there is no substantial difference between the two policies.

It is further contended that in the case of M.I. S. College (supra), a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10^th April, 2018, allowed the petitioner therein to address a representation for grant of NOC. Hence, the petitioner be also allowed the same liberty.

In view of the limited prayer addressed; the petitioner is allowed to address a representation to the respondents within two weeks hereinafter.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period; the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law; preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ as well as stay application stand disposed off.
