Learned counsel appearing for the rival parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment of Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 15.04.2014 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1435/2002 [Shiv Kumar Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.].
In view of the above, the present writ petition is allowed. The impugned resolution dated 19.01.2002 (Annex.2) and the consequential order of cancellation of allotment dated 22.04.2002 (Annex.5) are quashed and set aside.
