Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that identical writ petition filed by the Corporation being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9210/2018 [Executive Director (Admn.) RSRTC & Ors. Vs. Hukamnath & Ors.] has been dismissed as not maintainable by this Court on 22.05.2019.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition filed against the order dated 08.12.2017 rejecting an application under
(2 of 2) [CW-9208/2018]
Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure is dismissed. The
Stay Petition No.9138/2018 also stands disposed of.
Needless to observe that the petitioner shall be free to take appropriate remedy available under the law.
