Civil Writ Petition No.4716/2019 Pratap Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. This Court vide order dated 30.05.2019 following order was passed:

'In view of the above fact situation and legal position, the orders impugned qua the petitioners cannot be sustained. Consequently, the writ petition filed by the petitioners are allowed. The orders dated 03.09.2019 qua the petitioners are quashed and set aside.
