Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to give him seniority from the date of appointment and notionally fix the pay of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision given by Jaipur Bench of this Court in Om Prakash & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21214/2017 decided on 21.11.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that petitioner will move a representation before the respondents for redressal of his grievance and a direction be issued to respondents to dispose of the representation within specific time period.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner moves a representation to the respondents within two weeks from today for redressal of his grievance, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within four weeks of receipt of his representation along with copy of this order.
