The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitionerlandlord for seeking a direction to the Civil Court to decide the Civil Suit No. 615/2012 within a time bound manner.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a Civil Suit against the respondents under Section 9 of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 and the matter is still not finally adjudicated. Counsel submitted that the issues were also framed as back as on 16^th March, 2013.

This Court, straightway cannot give any direction to the Civil Court to dispose of the matter in a time bound manner. The Court also considers the fact of pendency of the matter since 2012. The Court below is expected to make an endeavor to dispose of the case in expeditious manner and if possible, the case may be decided within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
