This writ petition has been filed with the following
prayers :-
i) by an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof direct the trial court to decide the Suit No 197/2011 pending before it within a time bound

period as think appropriate by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case may passed in favour of the petitioner. iii) Cost of writ petition may be awarded in favour of the petitioners.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is
pending before the Trial Court since 2009, therefore, the Trial Court be directed to decide the suit expeditiously.
Considered the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it just and proper to direct the Trial Court to decide the pending suit preferably within a period of one year.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
