On perusal of the letter no.6763/2020 dated 23.10.2020, this Court is satisfied that the rent application pending before the Rent Tribunal could not be disposed of in terms of direction of this Court dated 23.10.2019 for justifiable reasons.
In these circumstances, the time for disposal of the rent application no.12/2017 is extended by six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
