The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking a direction to change the registration No. of RNC as ‘81112’ instead of ‘71880’ in the application form, as the third party right has not been so far created, in respect of appointment on the post of Nurse Gr.-II.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the error which was committed by the petitioner while writing registration number, was not intentional and as such the respondents are required to be directed to permit the necessary correction in the application form of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has filed reply to the writ petition and submits that the registration number of the

petitioner even if mentioned incorrectly, is not being examined at this stage and the candidates are called for document verification on the basis of marks secured by them.

Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has not secured minimum cut-off marks in the category in which she has applied and as such no error has been committed by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has erroneously filled the form in OBC category and in fact she belongs to OBC Non Creamy Layer and as such she has secured more cut-off marks in OBC Non Creamy Layer category

This Court finds that the dispute of change of category in not raised in the present petition and as such permission is granted to the petitioner to raise grievance before the concerned authorities and if the authorities find that the case of the petitioner can be considered for change of category, they may pass necessary order and if the petitioner feels aggrieved against any order, she is at liberty to avail legal remedy. As far as present writ petition is concerned, no direction is required to be given.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
