The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking a direction to conduct medical examination test of the petitioner for the post of Driver in Jail Department as per Advertisement dt. 7^th April, 2017. The petitioner has also prayed to declare result of the petitioner after his medical examination test and to give him appointment.

Learned counsel for the respondents-Mr. Harshal Tholia submits that medical examination test of the petitioner has already been conducted. Counsel submits that the grievance of

the petitioner has been remedied by the respondents and as such no adjudication is required.

This Court, after considering the submissions made by counsel for the respondents, deems it proper to dispose of the present writ petition with the direction that if the petitioner is qualified in the medical examination test and found fit for appointment, the respondents are required to issue necessary orders in favour of the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is found unfit in medical examination test, he is free to avail remedy available to him under the law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
