1. Admittedly, the claim raised by the petitioner is on the basis of judgment passed by this Court earlier. It has already been held that in cases where a judgment has already been rendered by this Court and claim on the said basis is being made and an alternative efficacious remedy of filing appeal before the Tribunal is available, the writ petition would not be maintainable.

2. As per the view taken by the Court, the present writ petition would not be maintainable. The petitioner would be free to file an appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal claiming the pay scales as prayed herein. If such an appeal is

preferred, the Tribunal is expected to decide the case expeditiously but not later than six months.

3. The writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
