The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed for grant of pay-scale as per his entitlement. Admittedly, the issued raised by the petitioner can be adjudicated and examined by the Appellate Forum. The alternate efficacious remedy before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal under the Act of 1976 is thus available with the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is held to be not maintainable in view of alternate efficacious remedy. The petitioner would be at liberty to file an appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, which on such appeal having been filed, shall decide the same expeditiously not later than ten months from the date thereof.

With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the writ petition is dismissed.
