All that has been prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, on the above noted writ application is for an early conclusion of the pending proceedings before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Behrod (Alwar) in suit No.270/2003:Ramavtar Vs. Brijmohan and Anr.
Upon hearing the counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons detailed out in the writ application so also having regard to the order-sheets placed on record; prayer for an early conclusion of the proceedings appears to be reasonable.
Accordingly, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Alwar, is directed to conclude the pending proceedings in the suit, as expeditiously as possible; however, in no case later than twelve months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented.
