The issue agitated in this petition is with regard to non-
appointment of the petitioner on the post of Constable. As the
petitioner applied for appointment to the said post in the
Commissionerate Jodhpur pursuant to the advertisement dated 25.5.2018, the cause of action of this petition falls within the
territorial jurisdiction of the Principal Seat of this Court at Jodhpur.

In this view of the matter, this Court has no territorial
jurisdiction to hear this petition. I am therefore disinclined to
entertain it. It is accordingly disposed of.
The petitioner shall however be at liberty to take his
remedy, before the principal seat of this Court at Jodhpur.
