Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order dated 21.1.2019 whereby the District Collector, Dholpur has directed that pursuant to the order dated 25.5.1992 earlier passed cancelling the petitioner’s allotment on charagah land, (which the order has been up held upto the High court in SBCWP No.5467/1997 titled Keshav Singh Versus Revenue Board & Others decided on 14.11.2007) the nature of the land in issue in the revenue records be changed to charagah land.
Counsel for the petitioner could not make out any legal ground for interfering with the impugned order in compliance with

the orders earlier passed cancelling the petitioner’s allotment over charagah land which order has been upheld to this court as recorded hereinabove.
I find no force in this petition. Dismissed.
