This petition has been filed with the prayer that the Additional District Judge No.2, Ajmer be directed to decide the petitioners-plaintiffs' (hereafter 'the plaintiffs') temporary injunction application no. 95/2017 pending for the last two years in their suit for declaration and permanent injunction at an early date.
Counsel for the plaintiffs submits that despite both the
written statement and reply to the application under Order 39
Rule 1 and 2 CPC having been filed, the temporary injunction application continues to remain unaddressed and repeated adjournments on one count or the other are being casually
granted.

Having heard the counsel for the plaintiffs, the trial
court is directed to decide the plaintiffs' temporary injunction
application pending before it within ten days of the next date fixed
before it.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
