The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitionerowner of the property for seeking direction to decide the eviction proceedings pending before the Rent Tribunal, Kota.
Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner had filed the eviction petition in the year 2015 and eviction proceedings are not concluded as yet.
Learned counsel submitted that the Court below has now completed the proceedings as far as recording of the evidence is concerned and the matter is posted for final disposal and as such, the direction is sought to decide the eviction petition in expeditious manner.
This Court finds that if the Court below has recorded evidence of both the parties, it is expected that the matter may be disposed of in expeditious manner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by observing that the Rent Tribunal, Kota would make an endeavour to dispose of the eviction petition as expeditiously as possible.
