Instant criminal writ petition has been filed for quashing the FIR No.09/2015 registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Jaipur (East) (Raj.) for the offences under Sections 332, 353, 341, 323, 427, 34 IPC and Section 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity) Act.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners and the complainant have settled their dispute outside the court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view of the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise, the criminal writ petition is disposed of and the FIR No.09/2015 registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Jaipur (East) (Raj.) is hereby quashed.
