Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and perused the impugned order passed by Court below.
There is no cross case between the parties. Thus, the finding recorded by the learned Court below that it is not proper to order transfer the cases at the convenience of the parties without good reason is just and proper. Thus the impugned order passed on transfer application under Section 408 Cr.P.C. warrants no interference of this Court.
Accordingly, the criminal misc. transfer petition is
dismissed.
