Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking quashing
of FIR.
It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that parties have amicably settled their dispute and complainant does not wish to proceed further in the FIR. Complainant along with his counsel is present in court, who has not disputed the fact that parties have entered into compromise and has no objection for quashing of FIR.
I have considered the contention.

In view of the fact that parties have amicably settled
the dispute, dispute pertains to an amount of Rs. 25,000/- and initially police submitted a negative final report.
I deem it proper to allow the criminal miscellaneous petition. Proceedings pending before the court below in FIR No. 113/2013, is quashed.
Stay application stands disposed.
