Mr.Manu Agrawal on behalf of Mr.R.K.Mathur seeks to withdraw power on behalf of respondent as according to him the power was to be filed in Criminal Misc.Petition No.1152/1999 and power has wrongly been filed in this file on behalf of the respondents.
The present criminal misc.petition was filed in the year 1992. A search slip has been issued, but the original file is not traceable as per office report.
Neither any application for listing nor for re-constitution of the file has been filed by either of the counsel.
In view of the above, the criminal misc. Petition might have become infructuous.
Accordingly, the criminal misc. petition is disposed. However, if any party is aggrieved, he shall be free to move for recalling of the order.
