The present criminal misc. petition was allowed and the proceedings of Criminal Regular Case No.1533/2006 pending against accused-respondent No.2 in the court of Judicial Magistrate No.1, udaipur was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 13.08.2019. However, the respondent No.2 was directed to deposit a cost 5% of the cheque amount before the Legal Services Authority, Udaipur within a period of one month from the date of passing the order.
In compliance of the order dated 13.08.2019, receipt of depositing the amount has already been filed. No further order is required to be passed in this matter.
