The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.196/2019, PS Kotwali, District Ganganagar for offences under Sections 420, 120B IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 20.08.2019 received from the SHO, PS Kotwali, District Sri Ganganagar wherein it has been mentioned that compromise has arrived at between the parties and the Police is going to file final report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
Stay application also dismissed.
