Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner praying inter alia that a direction be issued to the respondents No.2 to 5 to protect her as she apprehend danger to her life and liberty at the hands of nonpetitioners No.6 to 19.

Petitioner Pragati Choudhary, present in person, has stated that she is twenty three years old and is a sports person. The petitioner does not want to live with non-petitioner No.7 and she wants to reside peaceful life on her own.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is having dispute with her parents, husband and inlaws and she is residing separately. The petitioner has recently passed the examination for the post of Physical Teaching Instructor.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and to the contents of the present petition, this Court is of the view that nobody can be permitted to take law in his own hands.

In the result, present petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to respondents No. 4 & 5 to ensure necessary vigil that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioner.
