Though these matters come up on the misc. applications seeking extension of interim relief regarding repayment of money as directed by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2019, however, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw these misc. applications as well as misc. petitions because the petitioners have been arrested.
In this view of the matter, these misc. petitions as well as stay applications are dismissed as withdrawn. The misc. applications are also dismissed.
