The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition No.6127/2015 seeking fair investigation in FIR No.1156/2015 and has preferred the criminal misc. petition No.5392/2015 seeking quashing of the FIR No.1155/2015.
After hearing the parties at length, parties have not amicably agreed to that both the FIR which are cross FIR and the same incident be quashed, however, subject to the condition that quashing of the FIR would not have any effect on the proceedings pending before the Family Court.
In view of the compromise arrived between the parties, FIR No.1155/2015 and 1156/2015 registered at PS-Sanganer are quashed.
Accordingly, both the criminal misc. petitions stand
disposed.
Stay application stands disposed.
