Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after rejection of the bail application of the petitioner by the trial court, charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, he does not want to press this bail application, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file fresh bail application before the trial court.
Hence, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty sought for.
