Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with FIR No.73/2018 of Police Station Bichhwal, District Bikaner, for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. He has preferred this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to the petitioner.
