Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material

The instant bail application under Section 439 CrPC has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners Mohan, Ashok Kumar and Rishi, who are in custody in connection with FIR No.87/2019 registered at the Police Station Badi, Dholpur for the offences under Sections 457 & 380 IPC.
