Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
The instant fourth bail application under Section 439 CrPC has been preferred on behalf of the applicant Sharvan Kouri, who is in custody in connection with the FIR No.145/2015 registered at the Police Station Kareda, District Bhilwara.
After rejection of the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant vide order 30.01.2018, the bail application of the co-accused Raju Lal @ Rajesh has been accepted by this court on 25.01.2018. As per the statement of the injured eyewitness Mohini (P.W.8) only the accused Mukesh was identified amongst the six assailants.
In this background and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the case of the applicant is not

distinguishable from that of Raju Lal @ Rajesh, this court is inclined to accept the instant 4th application for bail.
Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-applicant namely Sharvan Kouri S/o Jagdish Bhai Kouri arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.145/2015 registered at the Police Station Kareda, District Bhilwara shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
