Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.489/2009 registered at Police Station Dudu, District Jaipur for offence under Sections 341, 323, 365, 393, 395, 399 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, although, petitioner has jumped bail but now he is in custody since 10.01.2019.
Learned state counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner has jumped bail for the second time.
In the present case, petitioner has jumped bail on two occasions, hence, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
