This is third bail application filed by the petitioner. The second bail application was dismissed as not pressed on 12.09.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that upto this time only two prosecution witnesses were examined and some other co-accused have been arrested and subsequent charges have been framed against them. In such circumstances, the trial is not progressing. Therefore, petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor as well as counsel for the complainant submits that the trial of the petitioner may be separated so the trial may proceed against the present petitioner.
I have considered the arguments advanced before me and perused the material available on record. No case is made out for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the instant third bail application filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. However, the learned trial Court is directed to separate and complete the trial of the petitioner as far as possible within a period of eight months from the date of receiving certified copy of this order.
