The matter comes upon an application seeking correction in the Order dated 05.07.2019 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Restoration No. 32/2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the number of second appeal i.e. “Civil Second Appeal 92/19” reflected in the Order dated 05.07.2019 is incorrect as the correct number which should be shown in the order is “Civil Second Appeal No. 92/91”. Learned counsel further submits that the second appeal was preferred by the petitioner way back in the year 1991 but inadvertently, the year of second appeal in the Order dated 05.07.2019 has wrongly been mentioned as 2019 due to typographical error and therefore, the same may be rectified in the Order dated 05.07.2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The number of second appeal i.e. “Civil Second Appeal No. 92/19” reflected in the third and last lines of the Order dated 05.07.2019 be now read as “Civil Second Appeal No. 92/91”
