The matter comes upon an application for clarification in the order passed by this Court on 18.05.2018.
On 18.05.2018, the misc. application was decided with a direction to award an interest @ 7.5% on the enhanced amount from the date of the filing of the application.
It is clarified that filing of the application is treated to be the filing of the claim petition before the learned Tribunal. It is made clear that the claimants are entitled for award of interest with effect from the date of filing of the claim petition before the learned Tribunal.
The misc. application is accordingly disposed of.
