Apart from the reason that the appeal is belated by 98 days, this Court finds that another appeal, S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.3449/2018 (The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. vs. Ratni & Ors.) arising out of the same accident and award dated 29.8.2018, preferred by the Insurance Company has already been dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 23.1.2019.
Keeping in view the aforesaid judgment dated 23.1.2019, the present appeal is also dismissed.
