The appellant has moved an application along with the compromise dated 26.07.2019 for passing an order in terms of the said compromise entered into between the parties. Respective parties and their counsel are present. The parties are asked to verify their signatures before the Registrar (Judicial), according to which, the signatures are verified. Learned counsel for the parties have also identified the signatures of the parties.
In view ofathe compromise, S.B. Civil First Appeal No. 278/2016 is allowed and S.B. Cross Objection (Civil) No. 46/2016 is dismissed in terms of the said compromise. Consequently, the impugned decree is modified accordingly. Decree be drawn accordingly.
