This contempt petition has been filed by Shri Ratan Singh Meena, who has placed under suspension seeking compliance of order of this court dated 12.04.2018 operative portion of which reads as under:-
“We do not find that aforesaid ground was raised before the learned Single Judge. Taking into consideration the Instructions of the Government, this appeal is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to review the matter after every six months and a liberty to the appellant for challenge to the order on the ground of prolonged suspension.”

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced for perusal of the court the order dated 28.09.2018 and 20.06.2018 and submits that every time it was not fit to reinstate petitioner in service as according to him, he was trapped in ACD case.
No case is made out for contempt. The contempt petition is dismissed. The notices has been discharged.
